Kitto had started her career as a Business and Marketing Executive 20 years ago. After her MBA degree, she became an independent Marketing Consultant for many different business entities.
In 2002, she found her real connection to herself in the practice of yoga. In 2009, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India and now she is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT® at Yoga Alliance®.
When not teaching yoga, Kitto is a traveller and handmade lace artist. She is the Owner of Kitto Kan's Workshop.
Kitto is a serious yoga practitioner who has her own daily practice. She brings this same level of commitment to her teaching by allowing students to progress at their own pace under her careful guidance avoiding injury. Self-awareness and breathing are the focus.
This is evident in the way she interacts with her students, who find her very approachable, encouraging and down-to-earth. Her approach is full of enthusiasm, love and energy.
