Kitto is trained in Hatha Yoga. In her personal practice, she focus in finding self-awareness through Vinyasa Flow to achieve body balance, strength and flexibility.
In the class will include :
Pranayama & Meditation - Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal.
Vinyasa - synchronize breathing with flow movement.
Power and core work -- postures working for core power and energized balancing power.
Inversions -- it will keep you forever young !
Yin (restorative) -- deep stretching and relaxation postures.
Yoga Nidra - meditation as well as relaxation practice.
