What to prepare before class :
1) Don't eat too much 2 hours before class
2) But not to be too hungry either
3) Drink enough water during the day and after the class
4) Bring your own small towel and water, if you want
5) No shoes are required
6) Wear comfortable clothes for easy body movements
7) Yoga mat will be provided, you are still welcome to bring your own mat.
HOW TO ENROL ?
It is very simple :
1. Check the Schedule and see which classes
you are interested to join.
2. Write an email to inform me or call me.
3. Limited seats only, so if seat available, I will inform you the bank account for payment.
4. Come to class at least 5 minutes before the start time.
