Kitto has started her career as Assistant to Managing Director in a garment company 25 years ago. After 4 years dealing with every process of garment manufacturing in China, she met her future Italian business partner in her next job with an Italian conglomerate in Hong Kong. Her career became more related to business development in marketing and administrative works.
After sucessful completion of the MBA course conducted by University of Leicester (UK) in 2007, Kitto has started to work as an independent Business Consultant for companies and private persons, helping them to develop business in any aspects, mainly covering the markets in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Italy and France.
In leisure time, she is a devoted yoga practitioner. Kitto has started to teach yoga regularly after her teacher's training in India in 2009.
Kitto speaks and writes fluently in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English, and capable to read Italian.
